Marvellous location. Quiet hotel. Cordial staff. Spacious room. Excellent tea. A little sofa. Writing table. Fantastic stay.

King room was good looking and large with a great view. Could use a flat-screen television and bedstands. The venue was in a central location close enough to many wonderful restaurants, skiing and Switzerland🙂

The bed was comfortable and the room was large & good-sized. Comfortable location next to many wonderful restaurants, all was PERFECT.

the staff was incredibly friendly, and the place was beautifully decorated and welcoming. Its ideal location near Zermatt and the ski lifts made it a perfect setting. the meals offered a good variety of delicious food options.

The hotel has an exceptional location next to many wonderful restaurants. the employees were amiable and amazingly nice, with great service and attention to detail. the double room is amazing, and we appreciated the nice views.

The location of this place is excellent, within walking distance to everywhere, offering a spacious room with a great view of the mountains.

The hotel is beautifully designed, exceptionally comfortable with magnificent mountain views. the king room is incredible and huge. the bathroom is spacious. the beds are exceptionally comfortable. the staff are very attentive. the location is very close to the main cable car, clubs, bars, and the center of the resort is marvelous and incredible.

The room was spacious and attractive, with a fantastic view upon arrival, located conveniently close to the town and resort center for many years.

This place has a decently spacious room with its own bathroom 🚽. the location is awesome, not too far from the main gondola, and surrounded by great restaurants, clubs, and bars.

I had a fantastic stay at a charming hotel in the heart of the stunning Swiss Alps. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the ski lifts and popular apres-ski spots. The room was spacious with a breathtaking view of the mountains. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure every detail was taken care of. I especially appreciated their willingness to go above and beyond, like storing my luggage and allowing me to use the sauna room shower. The service truly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in the mountains.
